Dominance War IV is over!


So the Dominance War is over. I never was able to compete before due to work always being hectic around the exact time dom war was going on. I'm proud of my entry and wanted to show it off to everyone that stops by. so here's my beauty shot!

Was going thru my old photos and found some of me being a fanboy with some amazing artists that i look up too.

Dominance War Begins

Saw my Character on G4 last night much to my surprise. It was the Spiderwitch boss from the Ghostbusters game. Sadly the material shaders and textures i polished weren't visible so she looked kinda ok and also was a clip of my Slimer model, brief yet still enjoyable. Who doesn't love busting their friendly neighborhood spud?


So the character contest i looked forward to all year has begun and i've entered the fray

work has died down a bit so hopefully i'll get a really good amount of time on it to make it to the highest quality i can. I'm curious myself as i usually don't get more then a week or two for a character and always has alot of restraints from animation rigs to low texture budget. SO Let's GO!

More human Work


When given the option i always tend to create creatures adn monsters because they're so infinite in possibilities. So with that said i've been working on some humans to make sure i don't go stale, but i promise once Ghostbusters: the Video Game is finished i will post up my ghosts and creatures done for the game. i used to play Magic the Gathering and i find myself occasionally drawn back to it mostly due to the direct route to Incredible art. So my favorite series of characters for that game were created by Aleksi Briclot in the form of Planeswalkers. so not that you'll be able to see yet but mayhaps, someday you'll see my WIP for a Garruk model stemming from this quick 45 minute dabbling.

45 minutes of Fun



So i've been bac to doing my 45 minute practice sessions in zbrush got inspiried by brand new image from diablo 3 concept art. My base mesh for all these is, as always a simple box so i can explore the full volume of each exercise
